Consulting & Training

We provide free advice to employees and employers on employment law/industrial relations issues.

We represent employees and employers at internal disciplinary tribunals and in unfair dismissal cases before the Ministry of Labour & the Industrial Court.

We work with businesses on monthly retainers to deal with Industrial Relations issues and provide management training. We will: - Advise on all industrial relations issues; - Conduct all disciplinary proceedings; - Ensure that punishments and dismissals are done properly; - Review industrial relations letters that are going to be sent to employees (and draft letters, in exceptional cases; - Advise on how to improve employee behaviour & performance. - Draft your IR policies: Discipline, Performance Improvement/Management, Job Abandonment, and Long-term/Persistent Absence Due to Illness. - Train your management team to comply with good industrial relations when managing employees and dealing with workplace issues.
